We are living art, constantly recreating ourselves.

As a high school student, I was interested in art and yoga. I wanted to go to the Himalayas, and art let me escape without ever leaving home.

I was inspired by my yogi father who drew parallels for me between both art and yoga philosophy. My father encouraged me to see art as the poetry of perfection, dormant in the supramental realm of the human being. Art, like meditation, elevates the human soul from thorns, and pangs of life's realities. Though the art originates and is inspired from nature and by the nature yet is free from the bondage of nature. Art is a persistent inquiry of the bliss and ecstasy perceived by creating some forms in color, lines, size and shapes to reveal the eternal truth, the beauty, and spirit of unity with abstract nature. The physical manifestation of art starts with a point, a dot that disperses, and gives birth to lines and forms that will never end until the artist is satisfied. We can draw parallels with meditation, where in the mind a single seed of an idea vibrates with imagination and desires to germinate by expanding and contracting infinitely until the idea is fully realized in reality. According to Kavolis, the artistic creativity is the byproduct of tension releasing activity between spontaneity and repression. Though the motivation and stimuli for art are cultural, social, economic, political, and religious aspects, yet the artist takes stock of all these things in his own way and surpasses all the barriers of repression through his spontaneity.

When created with deep focus and involvement, art makes our brains release neurochemicals like endocannabinoids known as anandamide or bliss molecules that lessen stress, reduces fear and trauma memories. Endocannabinoids are anti-carcinogenic, anti-depressant, great mood enhancers, and helps in neurogenesis. These neurochemicals increase creativity, focus, selflessness, timelessness, feeling of joy, unity, increased expansiveness, heightened consciousness leading to spontaneous bliss and healing. To me, art to be is very similar to meditation, except that meditation is primarily an individual practice. Art, on the other hand, can uplift and benefit the entire audience of art.

To me, art is like a game. On one side is the artist and on the other side are his mediums of expression. The artist derives pleasure when he succeeds in his endeavor like a player.

Life is like a restaurant. You can have anything you want as long as you are willing to pay the price.

Catch the world through the net of your love.

If each moment in life was a brushstroke. We will dip our brush into our own soul, and paint our own nature into the canvas of reality.

I was only writing a poetry on my heart to tell you how hard I tried to have you in my life.

The street offers itself to the man to walk both ways. A wise man looks both ways before starting.

Every child is an artist. Work with the same seriousness with which children play to remain an artist once you grow up.

Life and fortune hangs on slender threads.

Let the fire of your suffering become the light of consciousness.

Running down the valley of yellow flowers towards the red sunset.

Life comes to us in waves. We cannot predict or control the positives and negatives, but we can learn to surf.

Don't be a Fly. A fly ignores a beautiful body and finds a wound on the body to sit on . People who find fault in others are no different than a fly.

Don't be a fly. Don't have a mind like a fly that does not know the difference between something sweet and sh*tty. Find your north star and focus on it.

The whole universe is in motion, but you are stationary within me.

The whole point of living a good life is to use all available colors in the paintbox.

Effloresce. An ethereal flower with extraordinary fragrance and colors that keep growing from its core and spreads outwards.

Life. The painting shows how our karma from every moment of this life and past lives are woven together to define this life. A person remains entangled in this invisible web forever birth after birth (if there is an afterlife). I wanted to illustrate that every one's life, (However simple we try to make it) is extremely complex.

Many walk through a grassland, but only a few notice the flowers.

I fall asleep every night, wrapped in silence to dream my dreams of you.

When an orange is squeezed, orange juice comes out because that is what's inside. When you are squeezed, what comes out is what is inside.

This is not a clock. It is a tick without a tock.

Light your inner fire and follow your heart’s desire.

There is darkness everywhere and in everything, whether eyes are open or closed. Become enlightened by making this darkness conscious.

The brighter you are, the more you need to learn in life.

Light tomorrow with today. Touch up your memories and paint your dreams.

Create new love triangles with everyone around you. Acceptance, understanding and appreciation are three equal sides of these triangles.

Words are like dandelions. You cannot call them back, silence them or erase them. You can’t contain it, any more than you could put the head of a dandelion back together after the wind has scattered its seeds.

Everything around us is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous but people say the entire universe is one.

Losing yourself in love is a lovely place to find yourself. You will find yourself infinite in an ineffable interconnectedness with all that exists.
